Designing a successful management model for talent development and player development in Golestan province volleyball clubs

چکیده
Purpose: The research conducted in the field of identifying the competitive advantages of successful sports clubs show that the use of capable sports managers, the use of experienced coaches in the structure of clubs, the creation of a coherent structure in the sports organizations, attention to sports infrastructure of clubs and attention to scientific achievements by science training had a significant effect in identifying and cultivating talents at the international level. Therefore, the most important reason for the lack of success of sports clubs should be found in the mismatch of managers' professional approaches sports structural, administrative, legal and financial criteria. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to identify the factors influencing the successful development of volleyball players' talents in volleyball schools in Golestan province.
Methodology: The research was an exploratory mixed method that was implemented using the Foundation's data method. In the qualitative phase, 20 national athletes and coaches of the country's Super League participated in semi-structured interviews by snowball sampling to achieve theoretical saturation. In the quantitative phase of the research, 75 athletes and coaches of the Super League answered the researcher's questionnaire by the purposeful sampling method. PLS-3 software was used for data analysis.
Results: The results of the model path analysis showed that the use of successful sports managers (0.62), paying attention to the right talent search indicators by expert coaches at the right time (0.57), creating volleyball championship bases equipped with professional sports infrastructure (0.55) and the connection between volleyball clubs and school sports (0.53) were the main reasons for the success of volleyball schools in Golestan province. Also genetics suitable, family support, financial planning by managers and creating a constructive sports environment had a high frequency.
Conclusion: Therefore, it is suggested to the managers and coaches of volleyball schools, by proper planning, in addition to creating a suitable learning environment, to take steps in line with the goals of the volleyball federation and through basic programs to recruit and employ elite coaches to design correct and scientific exercises to provide a breeding ground for volleyball players at the club, national and international levels.
