The findings showed that sports play a vital role in eliminating intergenerational differences by breaking barriers, strengthening mutual respect, promoting learning, challenging stereotypes and promoting health.
Whether through organized team sports, recreational activities, or simply cheering for a favorite team, sports provide a common ground where people of all ages can connect, learn from each other, and build meaningful relationships.
