Abstract
Abstract
Background and purpose: In today's era, the success of organizations is based on active, capable and task-oriented human resources (Phillips et al. 2016).
Therefore, most organizations consider the issue of maintaining human resources important and plan for it. One of the basic missions of human resources in organizations is to maintain capable employees (Eskandari 1377). Therefore, the present study seeks to identify the factors affecting the maintenance of human resources in the General Department of Sports and Youth of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province.
Methodology: The current research is a mixed exploratory study . First, categories were identified by using content analysis and interviews with 10 physical education workers of the province. In the quantitative section, all the employees numbering 240 people, according to Morgan's table, 144 of them were selected. And they answered the 28-question questionnaire made by the researcher . For data analysis from structural equation modeling and PLS software was used .
Results: The findings showed that factors such as job satisfaction , optimal management of human resources , organizational support , organizational atmosphere and efficient selection have an effect on human resource retention. Positive and meaning yes have . _ According to the results obtained from the research model, it was shown that occupational, organizational and social factors have a significant effect on the maintenance of human resources. However, individual factors have not had a significant impact on the maintenance of human resources.
It is suggested that in the physical training department of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, in order to strengthen the human resources maintenance system, a flexible reward and compensation system should be used, and it would be possible for the employees to choose a combination of the best benefits that best suits their needs
