Qualitative meta-analysis of the employment status of sports science graduates in Iran

Abstract
In recent years, despite the researches carried out in the field of employment of sports science graduates in Iran, there are still unknown dimensions in this field, therefore, The Purpose of this research is to analyze the articles related to the employment of sports science graduates in Iran, in order to summarize the status of the latest scientific achievements in this field, demonstrate the methodological and content characteristics of these studies, as well as identify research gaps and provide proposed solutions to improve research in this field.
In this research, using the qualitative meta-analysis method, 56 studies related to the employment of Iran's sports science graduates in a recent decade (2011-2021) were identified and analyzed through searching in Iran's scientific database (irandoc.ac.ir( and scientific and research publications.
The studies conducted show that in these studies, the employment of sports science graduates is often addressed with emphasis on several specific issues such as the need to pay attention to the issue of entrepreneurship in sports, the employment and unemployment status of sports science graduates. The quality of higher education and the effectiveness of the sports science curriculum, the employment of sports science graduates in terms of skill enhancement, as well as the need to pay attention to the cooperative sector, knowledge-based companies and sports start-ups, privatization and investment. It has been in the sports industry.
According to the results of the research conducted in this field, the repetition of research in these subjects and the lack of a comprehensive study in the field of employment of Iranian sports science graduates can be attributed to factors such as the imbalance of research method approaches, monitoring gaps and theoretical analyses. In accordance with the conditions of the Iranian society, lack of attention to the issue of gender, lack of focus on the internal issues and challenges of working sports science graduates, lack of sufficient attention to the issues of employment skills and activities in the field of cooperation, knowledge companies. He attributed sports foundations and start-ups, and the lack of future-research perspective in the employment of sports science graduates.
