Abstract
Many studies have focused on designing resistance training programs that would enhance muscle capabilities. These contractions can effect on muscle and in many studies investigate on that. Volleyball is an important sport nowadays. We must know a lot of things about this sport which one of them is effective type on performance in it.
Purpose
The purpose of present research is finding the best contraction in training. Volleyball players often train hard in a various way, but they do not know what way the best is. One of the best ways for improving their abilities is find the best way of contraction of training. Contraction is extremely significant volleyball.
Method
The study group comprised of 30 young male volleyball of Sepidar team of province Kermanshah (age=20.3±0.9, body mass= 75.4±5.4kg, body height=183.5±9.1) who exercised 3 times in eight weeks. These young athletes randomly divided into three group. Each group has 10 participants. We called eccentric group (ECC) and other group is concentric (CON) group and the end of them is control group (placebo). We have pre and post experimental test that we use it RAST test. RAST test can determine power capacity and fatigue.
Statistical method
The subjects were measured by RAST test before and after test. The results were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics (MANOVA and independent t) with SPSS24 software (p=0.005)
Result
The results showed a positive and significant effect of ECC group on (fatigue p=0.001), (power anaerobic p=0.001). Result showed on CON group (fatigue p>0.001) and (power anaerobic p>0.001). The Control group has not significant change.
Conclusion
The result show that the ECC group had significant changes compared to the CON group and as result, the Eccentric training is more effective.
