Abstract
During the intensification of the Corona epidemic, the increase in the volume and hours of work, unusual working conditions and the resulting health risks have brought many physical and mental complications for general practitioners.Good posture is considered as a measure of musculoskeletal health, and bad posture can change the amount of pressure distribution on the joint and exert abnormal pressure on the joint, leading to the destruction of articular cartilage and serious postural abnormalities. The implementation of this research was the prevalence of musculoskeletal pain, upper cruciate syndrome and health risks in general practitioners of Alborz province in the post-Covid-19 pandemic era. For this purpose, the statistical population of this research includes all male general practitioners between the ages of 55 and 65 in Alborz province in 1401. The size of the statistical population of this research (all people who can potentially be included in the statistical sample) includes 250 general practitioners. A man aged 55 to 65 years old in Alborz province, who were selected by purposeful random sampling and based on the criteria for entering the research, and included 151 general practitioners of Alborz province who had work experience during the Covid-19 pandemic and questionnaires. Cornell's Musculoskeletal Discomfort Questionnaire, a researcher-made questionnaire, was administered. In relation to the answer to the question, what is the prevalence of upper cruciate syndrome in general practitioners in the post-Covid-19 pandemic? The results of variance analysis showed that 62.9% of general practitioners in They did not have upper cruciate syndrome in the post-Covid-19 era, but 37.1% had upper cruciate syndrome in the post-Covid-19 pandemic era.
