Designing a model for improving the performance of the country's sports federations with an emphasis on organizational transparency

Abstract
In today's era, the complexity of organizations is increasing day by day, and in order to guarantee their survival, organizations are required to provide appropriate responses to internal and external environments. One of the tools that helps organizations to achieve these goals is organizational transparency.
The purpose of this research was to investigate how to improve the performance of sports federations in the country based on identifying and explaining the effective factors of organizational transparency.
The research method is qualitative and the statistical population of the research includes experts who have scientific, operational or both expertise in the field of the current research. The statistical samples of the research were selected in a non-random and purposeful way.
The current research is applied and correlational in terms of purpose. It is based on the current time and in terms of collecting field information.
At first, the interview was semi-structured, with experts' opinions to determine the factors. Sampling continued until data saturation.
Then, the data obtained from the interviews were coded and analyzed using Spezial, Strabert and Carpenter methods.
During three stages of open coding, selective coding and selective coding, the research model was developed.
From the initial 118 codes, 41 codes were finally obtained by summarizing them, which were categorized into 10 categories.
Therefore, the findings of the research showed that the main categories in improving the performance of sports federations based on transparency were: information and technology management, lack of secrecy, accountability, employee participation, organizational whistle-blowing, moral values, fighting administrative corruption, Responsibility and monitorability, decision-making and organizational control.
According to the findings of the research, it can be concluded that organizational transparency will be established and realized through structural, cultural, behavioral
factors, organizational goals and organizational strategies in the organizational dimension and legal, political, economic, cultural, social and technological factors in the environmental dimension.
