Strengthening the motivation with happiness of students to do physical activities using some interactive practical methods (action research approach).

Abstract
Introduction: With the modernization of societies and changes in lifestyle and then the spread of the Corona virus, physical activities in the society decreased sharply. These factors will have many irreparable physical, mental, and social complications and consequences, such as obesity, depression, low self-confidence, diabetes, etc. Physical education can have a very important and brilliant role due to its capacity and extent and different dimensions in all six category and also creating a sense of happiness and vitality in students (according to the goals of the fundamental transformation document). In addition many researches have proven the numerous positive effects of physical activity and exercise on the health of the body (physiological positive effects, etc), mind and spirit.
Objective and goals: The present study was conducted with the aim of strengthening the motivation of physical activity with happiness in order to choose an active and healthy lifestyle and joy in Fatemiye High School, District 8 of Tehran, in the academic year of 1402-1401.
Materials and Methods: The research method is action research, which was conducted using observation, interview, and questionnaire survey.
Findings: The obtained results showed that the use of different learner-oriented methods, paying attention to the needs and desires of students was effective in creating opportunities for active participation (encouragement, etc.) and creativity. Sense of being understood 67%, intimate relationship with the teacher 66% and local native games 65%, free games 64%, specialized games 61%, opening of school artificial grass field 55%, morning soft festival 35% and crafts 34% in Strengthening motivation and creating happiness and encouraging students to do physical activities were effective.
Conclusion: the implemented and presented solutions can be implemented in most schools due to their feasibility, simplicity and practicality, and low or no cost.
