Based on the result or goal, the current research is considered as applied and developmental research. In terms of the implementation method, the present research is a descriptive-exploratory research, and in terms of data collection, it is a survey (cross-sectional) type, and in terms of the relationship between the variables, it is a correlation type. The statistical population of the present study includes 158 female athletes who are active in various sports fields in Qorve city. Considering the statistical population and sample size, simple random sampling was used. The selection of the sample size was also considered using Cochran's formula to the number of 112 people. According to the size of the sample, the questionnaire was provided to the respondents. The data collection tool in this research is a questionnaire that includes demographic information, and self-efficacy questionnaires (Riggs and Knight, 1994) and Cooper Smith's self-esteem (1967). To check the hypotheses and find answers to the questions of the current research, various tests such as the Kolmogorov-Smirinov test (to check the normality of the variables), to collect information and data, from the SPSS software and to analyze the data from Statistics, tables and inferential analysis of correlation, linear and multiple regression tests were used. that the tests were done with an error of 5%. The results showed that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and self-esteem in martial arts athletes (case study: female athletes from Qorve city). P<0.005.
