Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate The effect of fatigue on proprioception and hip position in adolescent footballers with dynamic knee valgus. For this study, adolescent male soccer players were selected and divided into two control groups (age: 15/46± 0/51 years, height: 1/70 ± 0/05 m, weight: 63/20± 4/84kg, index Body mass: 21/79± 0/91kg / m2, sports history: 6/00± 1/41 years) and experimental (age: 15/26± 0/45 years, height:1/71±0/04 M, weight: 65/33± 4/71kg, body mass index:22/22± 1/63kg / m2, sports history: 6/66± 2/52 years). In this study, after selecting the subjects with valgus dynamic knee defect with vine jump test. To measure the proprioceptive variable, the method of reconstruction of the active angle of the knee joint with the help of the subject and the use of clinical methods and laboratory devices such as goniometers have been used. It was also calculated to measure the position of the pelvis in the frontal plane using QTM and Visual 3D software. After evaluating the variables, the subjects were divided into control and experimental groups and the football specific fatigue protocol (SOFT90) was applied to the experimental group. After fatigue, assessments were performed on the groups again. The results of this study showed that fatigue has a significant effect on the knee proprioceptiveness and hip position adolescent footballers with dynamic knee valgus. Also, the results of inter-group comparison showed that fatigue led to differences in the studied variables between the two groups (P≥0.01). Based on this, it seems that reducing valgus dynamic defect of the knee, improving movement performance pattern and improving proprioception and hip position can lead to reducing the risk of injury in fatigue conditions.
