Abstract
This article was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of organizational health on the professional ethics of employees with the mediating role of strategic human resources management. The research method is a description of the type of correlation with the structural equation model with the statistical population including all the employees of the Sports and Youth Department of Kermanshah province in the number of 238 people, which for the required sample size, using the table of Karjesi and Morgan (1970), the number of 144 people according to the method Simple random sampling was chosen. The tools of data collection were standard professional ethics questionnaires of Cadozir (2002), organizational health questionnaires of Hui et al. (1996) and strategic human resource management questionnaires of Chang and Hong (2005) after translation and localization with the country's culture. The findings showed that in the research sample, the model of the effect of organizational health on the professional ethics of the employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Kermanshah province has a favorable fit with the data due to the relative mediation of the strategic management of human resources. In addition, the results showed that in the hypothesized model, all the correlation coefficients and path coefficients of the model were statistically significant, and the effect of organizational health on the professional ethics of employees through strategic management of human resources was positive and significant with an effect size of 0.123. As a result, sports organizations can seek to attract employees with the necessary capabilities and abilities by focusing on strategic human resource management programs based on the health of the organization that follows their professional ethics.
