Abstract
Abstract:
Objective: During the past years until today, despite the implementation of various plans and different programs and valuable measures taken in the field of talent sports research by the Ministry of Sports I.R.Iran, due to the lack of specialized manpower and adequate budget and facilities, it is not able to respond with high quality to sports activities in Iran. Therefore, the aim of present research was carried out with identifying and explaining for the effective factors in finding sports talent in sport-elites.
Methods: According to the present research, it is applied survey of its purpose and analytical descriptive and implementation method. The qualitative statistical population consists of 2 groups. a) It includes selected articles from internal databases (Mogiran, Sovilica, Noor Magazines) and international databases (Elsevier and Emerald) based on the systematic review method and considered criteria. b) They have a number of academic experts (professors of the physical education management department) and sports elites. In this stage and the design stage of the proposed model, sampling is purposeful. The saturation point can be reached with about 20 experts, and probably this number will not be more than 20 experts. In the qualitative section of this research, the researcher first made statistics by interviewing experts and using the analytical method.
Findings: 53 indicators were in the form of 6 main dimensions. In the second section , the interpretive structural modeling (ISM) method used in order to establish a relationship between the obtained dimensions and the structural model .Based on the expert opinions and the carried out analyzes, the model of sports talent in sports elites was calculated.
Conclusion: It showed the effective factors in sports talent in sports elites including 53 indicators in 6 dimensions (genetic, physiological, anthropometric, psychological, biological, living environment and lifestyle) were also confirmed. Therefore, traditional programs of talent search and development seek to identify and selection the most promising children as future athletes, but modern programs are based on specialized training and preparation for specialized performance in sports from an early age.
