Abstract
Today, sports federations are responsible for the development of sports around the world, which requires two strategic knowledge management capabilities from two components for survival, growth, innovation, performance improvement and competitiveness in the national and global arenas in today's dynamic environment. documented knowledge, personal knowledge) and two strategic strategies with two dimensions (exploration and exploitation) are necessary. The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of strategic knowledge management on the strategic ambivalence of managers of selected sports federations. The research method is a descriptive study in terms of practical purpose and information gathering, and the statistical population of the research includes all managers and employees of sports federations. The sampling method in this research will be randomly stratified, so first all federations are divided into two groups of team sports and individual sports, then six federations of team sports including (football, volleyball, handball, basketball, hockey) , baseball). ) and six individual sports federations (wrestling, weightlifting, taekwondo, karate, tennis). In the athletics table, the total number of employees of Iran's sports federations (750 people) were randomly selected, which was determined from the Karisi and Morgan 1970 table (159 people) to determine the statistical sample. To avoid sample failure, 250 questionnaires were distributed. The tools used in the upcoming research are two strategic knowledge management questionnaires (Lopez and Maroner 2011), which will include eight items and two components (written knowledge - personal knowledge) and a strategic ambivalence questionnaire (Johnson et al. 2009). which includes fourteen subjects. and two components are one component, their reliability is respectively 73/. and 78/. is marked Descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, frequency, etc.) were used to analyze the data. In the inferential statistics section (Pearson's correlation coefficient test) structural equation modeling using SPSS25 and LISREL8.70 software was used to measure the relationship between variables and path analysis. The strategic staff of the selected sports federation had a positive and significant effect.
