Abstract
Abstract
Introduction and goal: The purpose of this research was to identify and evaluate the cultural challenges of sports club federations in the country.
Methodology: This research is in terms of practical purpose, in terms of the nature of the research in the category of exploratory-analytical research, in terms of the method of data collection, it is descriptive-survey, which was classified in the category of research. The combined research was first to identify the cultural challenges of the country's sports federations and clubs using the foundation's data theory in the qualitative section, then by creating a researcher-made questionnaire and distributing it among the statistical population, it was used to determine the situation. A total of 15 interviews were conducted with experts and 200 questionnaires were distributed among sports science doctoral students. The method of data analysis was using SPSS22 software.
Result: The findings showed that the cultural challenges of sports federations and clubs in the country have 46 items and 11 concepts, which were placed in three general categories of temporal, controllable and uncontrollable challenges. The results of the sample T-Tech test showed that the components of missing justice, weak cultural awareness, structural problems of professional sports and management problems have a significant difference with the standard score and are not in a favorable condition; The components of women's sports, weak teamwork and cultural difference also have a significant difference with the benchmark score, but they are in a favorable situation, and the components of religious restrictions, wrong norming, cultural difference, lack of social responsibility and the weakness of cultural development have a significant difference with the benchmark score did not have.
Conclusion: In a general conclusion, it should be mentioned that many cultural challenges are faced by the country's sports federations and clubs, which causes the structure of the country's professional sports not to move towards the dimensions of sustainable development, because one of the slogans of sports is the promotion of ethics. and culture, but despite the economic nature of sports, its cultural discussion has received less attention and is exposed to serious challenges.
