Ethnographic approach to the future of women's sports

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the ethnographic approach to the future of women's sports. The current research is practical in terms of purpose, and in terms of the method of data collection, a qualitative method using the grounded theory method (basic theory or data base theory) has been used. In this research, using semi-structured interviews, the analysis factors of ethnographic views on women's sports were investigated, and the factors obtained in the form of indicators and categories under the categories of the conceptual model of the grounded theory approach, namely; Causal factors, intervening factors, contextual factors, strategies and consequences are placed. The statistical population of this research consists of all experts, university professors, coaches, athletes and officials working in the field of sociology of sports and women's sports. The sampling method in this research is purposeful and snowball sampling. Sampling continued until theoretical saturation was reached. The number of sample people is 20 people. The tool of this research was semi-structured interviews, in order to check the validity of the data, the three-way method was also used. Also, in order to check the reliability, the documentation method with audio recording of the interviews was used. Also, by using the audit technique, two experts supervised the coding, conceptualization and extraction of categories in the basic method. The results show that there are generally about 124 indicators related to gender discrimination and limitations in women's sports, which are in the form of "management problems", "modeling and knowledge management", "political factors", "sports planning and policy making". "Structural-Executive Factors", "Gender and Personality Factors", "Culture and Social Values", "Religion and Religious Beliefs", "Financial Matters" as well as "Official and Informal Institutions" were classified and these categories are also under the main categories. which is derived from the grounded theory approach, were classified keywords: social status discrimination and structural and managerial gender restrictions in women's sports
