The relationship between organizational climate and job burnout of employees of sports and youth departments in Khorasan Razavi province with the mediating role of organizational silence

Abstract
The Ministry of Sports and Youth is considered the main guardian of the country's sports, and the general sports and youth departments of the provinces are also working under the supervision of this ministry at the provincial level. On the other hand The main problems that organizations and especially the human resources department are currently dealing with is the atmosphere of silence in the organization, which ultimately leads to job burnout among employees, as a result, finding ways to solve it is of great importance in the discussions.
The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between organizational climate and employee burnout with the mediating role of organizational silence in sports and youth departments of Khorasan Razavi province. The statistical population of this research was all the employees of sports and youth departments of Khorasan Razavi province N=380 in 2016 were working in the offices of this province, random sampling was done using the available cluster method, so that 15 cities were studied among the cities of Razavi Khorasan province to collect data from the organizational atmosphere questionnaire of Java and Liu, 2003, and the organizational silence questionnaire of Vakula and Bora Dost. 2005 and the job burnout questionnaire of Moslesh and Jackson 1996 was used. For the Syrian and content validity of these questionnaires, the opinions of 10 experts and professors of sports management were helped, then in a preliminary study on a group of 30 employees of sports and youth departments of Khorasan Razavi province, organizational atmosphere questionnaire with a=0.65 organizational silence. =0.79 and job burnout analysis was determined a=0.88. The results of this research showed that organizational climate has a negative and significant effect on organizational silence (-0.25) and job burnout analysis (-0.17). Also, organizational silence has a positive and significant effect on job burnout (0.72) at the 0.001 level, and the organizational atmosphere has an indirect and significant effect on the job burnout of employees of sports and youth departments of the province due to organizational silence (-0.18). . Finally, the fit indices of the model showed a relatively good fit of the model
