Abstract
Background: Today, talent management has become a very important and key issue in the field of human resources. Organizations have realized that attracting and keeping the best people can be considered the main competitive advantage and play an effective role in improving people's performance. Talent management is one of the skills that today's companies and managers need in order to hire employees that match the job opportunities of each organization. This program enables managers to act faster and more successfully in the process of finding specialized workforce by investing long-term in the field of developing people's talents and teaching them the necessary skills, and also save their time. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effective factors. Human resource talent management in sports organization.
Methodology: The purpose of this study has been investigated through the analysis and evaluation of theoretical foundations and studies, which in general can be considered as descriptive and review studies.
Findings: The results of the study indicate that talent management in sports organizations is affected by factors of strategic agility, convergent innovation, business intelligence, electronic knowledge management and digital transformation and can be expected with the strategies of electronic management of human resources and strategic identification of human capital. It had positive consequences for sports organizations.
Conclusion: According to the results obtained in this research, it can be stated that in case of strategic alignment and strategic identification of human capital, the results of talent management in sports organizations can be planned and implemented.
