Identifying strategies for attracting donors in student sports

Abstract
One of the methods of providing sufficient funds for sports activities is the use of financial support in the form of attracting donors, which is one of the most important sources of income in today's sports. In this regard, one of the strategic programs of the General Directorate of Physical Education of the country's universities is to develop a culture of charitable participation in the construction of university sports facilities and to attract financial sponsors of university sports teams in order to develop sports spaces. The purpose of the current research was to formulate strategies for attracting donors in student sports. The research method is field method. The statistical population included 315 people who were active in the field of charity and student sports. A researcher-made questionnaire of 49 questions was developed to collect information. The results were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and in the form of structural equations with SPSS software. The results showed that the introduced strategies include organization, media activity, marketing activity, formulation of operational strategy, charity events. The results of the research reveal the need to attract donors in student sports, which can be achieved with the effectiveness of media advertising in the charity and student sports sector. In this regard, the government can, by supporting the benefactors, cause the benefactors to enter sports and invest in sports, and finally, it is suggested that by creating an integrated management system and establishing management stability in sports federations, many other influencing factors in attracting benefactors are possible. It was influential in student sports, including financial and economic factors, advertising and marketing factors, and legal and social factors.
