Identifying factors affecting the development of health and sports activities of disabled people in the country

Abstract
Introduction and purpose: due to the very key and important role of sports to maintain the health and mobility, and vitality of this segment of society, the current research is to investigate and analyze the factors affecting walking, keeping in mind the existing limitations on the path of these special segments of the society. It is hoped that the results of this research will be taken into consideration in future plans regarding the sports of veterans and disabled people and their essential needs for physical activity and sports.
Method: This research was qualitative in terms of exploratory analysis method. The statistical population included professors and experts in the management of disabled sports and sports venues, and officials of the federation and provincial boards of veterans and disabled people. The sampling method used to complete the Q questionnaire was targeted and 31 questionnaires were returned correctly. In this research, the data obtained from the sorting of Q statements were entered into spss software version 22 and analyzed through varimax rotation, Friedman's ranking test, and structural equation modeling.
Findings: The findings showed that a total of 11 mental patterns were identified regarding the indicators of effective management in disabled sports in the country, and these 11 factors explained and covered 90% of the variances. In order, it included management, planning supporters, economists, media, personal factors, the influence of family and friends, hardware lists, urban factors and access, legalists, sociocultural factors, and software.
Conclusion: In general, it can be concluded that by knowing the effective factors in the participation of disabled people in physical activity, it is possible to increase the way to maintain and develop their health.
