Identifying management factors on the sustainability of football clubs

Abstract
Objective: In the recent past, football has been used as entertainment and leisure time among most societies, but now football is considered as one of the economic, social, political and cultural dimensions. All of these cases require a principled management. The purpose of this research is to identify the management factors that affect the sustainable development of football clubs.
Methodology:
The current research was conducted in the framework of a qualitative approach that was carried out in the field and by the theme network method. The data collection method was library study and semi-structured interview with experts. The statistical population includes all university professors in the field of sports and sports management, managers of sports clubs and selected managers of Premier Football League clubs. For sampling purposeful sampling plan and referral technique of chains (snowball) were used until reaching the target number (17) people.
findings:
According to the findings of the research, the basic themes selected from the key points include 46 themes, the themes of the organizer, which are selected from the basic themes, after examining and sorting into two themes, the themes of the organizer 1, which include the strategic plan (strategy), education management, financial management, Succession management is cultural management and social management. In order to achieve sustainable development in the management of football clubs, managers should try to communicate with international and top clubs in the world to use the experiences of these clubs in training coaches and players; In addition, pay attention to the existing educational infrastructure. After succession, a multi-stage selection should be done to identify conscientious and competent people in management. Also, we should implement equal opportunities for all levels of appointing senior and middle managers and draw and create a healthy competitive environment in the selection of football managers in the country. According to the obtained results, it is suggested that meritocracy based on managerial indicators should be taken into consideration for the selection of sports managers in the country, and the role and responsibility should be given to elite experts and educated people in the field of physical education in management.
