Abstract
The current research was conducted to identify the factors affecting the hybrid capabilities of the Equestrian Federation. In this research, the qualitative method was used to identify the components, making meaningful interpretations and interpretations of organizational hybrid capabilities. The statistical population will include the members of the scientific faculty of physical education, as well as people with management experience, veterans, managers of equestrian clubs, and officials of the Equestrian Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The sampling method will be theoretical sampling. For this purpose, several experts were identified and interviewed using the purposeful sampling method. This work continued until the researcher realized that the received information was repetitive and would not reach more information, which is called the theoretical saturation index in qualitative research, and finally, theoretical saturation was reached in the 12th interview. MAXQDA software was used to code the interviews. The results showed that the factors affecting the hybrid capabilities of Equestrian Federation include such things as; Strategic efficiency (rapid analysis of the environment, use of advanced technologies, expansion of strategic cooperation, management of financial resources with sensitivity, development of agile culture, interaction with the experience of riders and use of intelligent data), efficiency of communication system (development of sharing of interests, facilitation of personal communication, encouragement data sharing and development of legal and financial system), educational mechanisms (drafting of education and development strategy, personal development policies, educational culture, use of educational technology, financial commitment in education, continuous evaluation and feedback, active participation of members), Organizational agility (increasing communication and virtual collaboration, agility in providing training and development and flexibility in strategy and decision-making) and individual agility (preserving data security and privacy and developing technical and technological skills).
