Designing a model of effective indicators on strengthening teamwork from elementary ages with an emphasis on sports activities

Abstract
The purpose of the current research was to design a model of indicators affecting the strengthening of teamwork from elementary ages with an emphasis on sports activities. This research was part of applied research in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of implementation method. In the qualitative part, the statistical community consisted of sports and social science experts and experts, sports science sociologists and sports elites with academic rank and favorable work experience, and members of the sports management faculty familiar with the field of team work. A total of 15 interviews were conducted until the data reached theoretical saturation. In the quantitative part, 240 questionnaires were collected through available sampling method. The method of data analysis was used in the qualitative part using foundation data theory and Glazer's approach, and in the quantitative part structural equation modeling was used using SmartPLS version 3 software.The findings showed that 2 categories of internal and external factors were identified in 10 concepts in the form of 58 items as effective factors in strengthening teamwork from elementary ages with an emphasis on sports activities. The findings of structural equation modeling show that the conceptual model of the research has a good fit and all the paths to strengthening teamwork are positive and meaningful and confirmed the research model. In a general conclusion, it should be stated that the concept of teamwork at elementary ages can be institutionalized through sports activities, and for this purpose, more attention should be paid to the main concepts such as management and planning and efforts to build culture
