Abstract
The purpose of this research is to identify the factors affecting ticket sales in various sports competitions. This research is an applied research in terms of descriptive method and it was done in the form of a review. The studies of this research have been collected by relying on various documents and studies that researchers have conducted over the past years, as well as the results of a researcher-made questionnaire that was distributed among the spectators of a particular game. The statistical population of the research was the spectators of the Esteghlal-Pikan match on December30,2023. Based on the Morgan table, a sample of 384 people was selected by random sampling. The Friedman test was used to prioritize each of the factors, and the exploratory factor analysis approach was used to determine and identify the factors affecting the increase in sports ticket sales. Today, sports has become an economic recovery all over the world, every year many countries compete to host sports events and spend a lot of money on preparing the necessary infrastructure for hosting, because by hosting many spectators all over the world by buying tickets They go to that event, which besides watching the games, they can also be known as tourists, to attract more spectators to the event, solutions should be found to increase the purchase of tickets. It saves time, new technologies can be used to prepare tickets and most of the tickets can be sold through the internet, which saves the audience's time to prepare them, and for the issue of cost, tickets should be provided to the fans at a reasonable price. and important events were discounted, and by buying one ticket, he sold the next tickets at a discount.
