Energy in space plays an important role in the quality of sports facilities and can greatly contribute to attracting customers. The purpose of this research is to examine the role of energy in space on the satisfaction of female sports club customers in Tehran. The research method was a descriptive in terms of approach for which, The data was collected using a survey questionnaire developed by the researcher based on the Bagua framework in Feng Shui, which was used after ensuring its validity and reliability (α=0.79). The population of this research consisted of female athletes in sports halls in Tehran (N=1200) which their arrangement were in line with the principles of Feng Shui. The sample size was determined to be 291 using the Morgan sample-size table. However, to prevent potential elimination of distorted questionnaires, 300 questionnaires were distributed among athletes using a phased cluster sampling method. The results showed a significant relationship between the energy in space and the satisfaction of female sports hall customers in accordance with the Feng Shui arrangement framework (p=0.01, r=0.325 with 300 degrees of freedom). This means that the more the arrangement of the sports space is in line with the principles of energy generation in Feng Shui, the more satisfied the customers will feel and the less likely they will be to leave the club in the future.
Adhering to the Bagua framework in the design of sports clubs can help create calm and balanced spaces for customers. These spaces, with the balance of elements and the creation of positive energy flow, provide customers with a sense of tranquility and mental and physical balance. Creating calm spaces, guides customers towards a positive experience and increases their satisfaction. These improvements can lead to customers' inclination to return to sports clubs, recommend them to others, and increase relative loyalty to the sports facility.
