The current research was conducted with the aim of strategic pathology of the Olympiad of top sports talents and providing a desirable model. The research method is descriptive and its data is collected in the field and it is practical in terms of using the results. 370 people have been selected as a statistical sample. The measuring instrument of the research was a researcher-made questionnaire. The external and internal factors of this questionnaire were designed using the materials contained in the background literature and as a researcher, and closed questions were designed to identify the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the sports Olympiad. After extracting and categorizing, the collected information was entered into the computer with SPSS 21 software. To provide descriptive information, frequency indicators, percentages, graphs and tables were used, and in order to rank and determine the weight of each question in the SWOT questionnaire, Friedman's analysis of variance test was used. Then, by using strategic study techniques, the points related to external and internal factors were determined, and the strategic position of the Olympiad of top sports talents was determined. For other items included in the strategic plan, strategic analysis, especially SWOT analysis, was used according to the topic. Overall, the results of the internal and external matrix indicate that the Olympiad of top sports talents is in the WT position in terms of strategic position. The Olympiad of top sports talents should remove the identified obstacles and problems as far as possible from the leader in order to reach the desired situation.
