Evaluation and prioritization of factors affecting the productivity of sports facilities in Gilan province

Abstract
Introduction: Today, productivity and ways to increase it in the field of physical education and sports are necessary and necessary. Among the issues and problems that are raised in the country's physical education and sports and should be given special attention is the per capita lack of sports spaces, its comprehensive definition is: optimal use of productive resources (labor, capital, equipment and facilities, energy, materials and...) and scientific management, reducing production costs, eliminating waste, expanding markets, etc., in order to improve the level of quality of life and economic development. The purpose of this research was to evaluate and prioritize factors affecting the productivity of sports facilities in Gilan province.
Methodology: The statistical population included 130 people from the managers of sports complexes, professors and teachers of physical education, heads of sports committees and associations, employees of sports complexes and officials of physical education organizations. The tool of this research was a questionnaire including 4 demographic questions and 57 questions about factors affecting the productivity of sports facilities with Cronbach's alpha (0.845). In this research, descriptive and inferential statistics methods were used for data analysis.
Findings: A significant difference was observed, and the following results were obtained: from the participants' point of view, among the factors affecting the results of this research It showed that among all the dimensions effective in the productivity of sports facilities, they are not at the appropriate level, also the results of this research showed that the factors related to finance with an average rank of 4.05 took the highest priority, followed by the factors of repairs and maintenance. Manpower, control and supervision, planning, management and physical factors were placed.
Conclusion: It can be said that according to the conditions of each sports place, the factors affecting the productivity of that place can be privatized. It is hoped that with more complete research, a platform will be provided for implementing the efficiency of sports facilities in the country.
