Abstract
Background: Psychosomatic refers to the influence of psychological factors on physical activities.
Cognitive-Motor Training exercises are a type of exercise that strengthen cognitive and perceptual
activities such as attention, memory, decision-making, and planning while performing physical
movements. Research into psychosomatics is of great importance and necessity because this field can help
us better understand the relationship between the mind and body and play a crucial role in improving the
mental and physical health of individuals. .
Goals: Research has shown that Cognitive-Motor Training exercises can enhance the attention and
alertness of psychosomatic individuals. These exercises improve the coordination between movement and
attention, increase cognitive abilities, and reduce mental fatigue. Additionally, Cognitive-Motor Training
exercises may also help reduce stress and anxiety. Moreover, research in this area can help improve the
performance of athletes. With a deeper understanding of the psychological factors influencing athletes'
performance, more appropriate training and psychological programs can be designed to enhance their
performance.
Methodology: The Cognitive Perceptual Sports Test measures an individual's ability to interpret sensory
and cognitive information in sports. It involves tasks that test attention, memory, reasoning, and problemsolving.
For those with psychosomatic issues, this test is important as it can identify weaknesses in
cognitive abilities that may impact sports performance. By identifying these weaknesses, individuals can
work on improving their cognitive skills and enhancing their performance in sports.
Conclusion: Furthermore, research in the field of psychosomatics can contribute to improving therapeutic
methods and preventing diseases. With a deeper understanding of the role of psychology in the onset of
diseases and their effects on physical activities, better and more effective treatment methods can be
designed. In general, these exercises can lead to improvements in cognitive and physical activities in
psychosomatic individuals. However, further research is needed in this area to determine the precise
effects of these exercises on psychosomatic individuals. Therefore, research in the field of psychosomatics
plays a very important role in improving the mental and physical health of individuals, improving
therapeutic methods and disease prevention, and enhancing the performance of athletes.
