Abstract
Global studies in the field of sports management in different countries of the world show that one of the most important human and social capitals of society are sports champions and elite sports coaches. Exploring the concerns and quality of life of these social capitals and its promotion from the point of view of sports managers can be an attractive subject of studies in the field of sports sciences. The available evidence has also shown that the job security and quality of life of a champion as a social capital and a role model will attract more people in society to sports, especially championship sports. The aim of the current article was to identify the factors affecting the quality of life of champion athletes (Olympic champions). The research method used was qualitative. In order to realize the purpose of the research, the participation of 8 Olympic champions who had the experience of participating in the best sports arenas was used and an in-depth interview was conducted. Then the interviews were analyzed using the theme analysis method. The findings of the research after analyzing 65 conceptual codes indicate that the factors influencing the improvement of the quality of life of heroes can be placed in 3 main categories of career and economic prospects, hero upbringing and central experience, expansion and improvement of facilities and hero's dignity. Based on this, at the end of the article, suggestions for planning and policing the field of championship sports have been presented, and considering these suggestions can be effective .in improving the quality of life and increasing the job satisfaction of the champions
