The effect of organizational agility on the performance of gymnastics coaches in South Khorasan province, considering the mediating role of organizational climate

Abstract
The primary purpose of this article is to study the impact of institutional agility on the performance of the Gymnastics coaches of the southern Khorasan province which is based on the Mediating Role of Organizational Climate. The sample includes all the Gymnastics coaches of the southern Khorasan province including 120 university professors, and due to the small numbers of the participants,20 of the questionnaires failed because of a lack of qualifications, and 100 of them were analyzed.
The questionnaires used in this research were the organizational agility questionnaire of Nikpour and Selajgeh (2013), the performance questionnaire of Hersi and Goldsmith (2002) and the Organizational Climate questionnaire of Halpin and Craft (1963).
SPSS software package was used for data analysis and the data was analyzed in two descriptive and inferential sections and the data were analysed at a meaningful level of 05/0a≤
Based on the results of the comparative test, the results of the research shows that corporate agility has a direct and significant effect on both of the organization climate and the performance of the coaches.
The results showed that there was a significant difference in the scales of factors affecting private investment to the gymnastics club managers of the southern Khorasan province and that social factors were a priority.
Accordingly, upon the results, it is recommended that managers should focus on social variables, especially social capital, to further development of the province's gymnastic clubs.
additionally corporate atmosphere has a direct and significant impact on the performance of the southern Khorasan gymnasts in the presence of a variables which are the primary medium of corporate agility.
