Identifying the challenges of intelligence in sports internet businesses

Abstract
Purpose: One of the growing industries in our country, which has a high potential for development and can provide the basis for creating employment and business development, is the sports industry. Therefore, one of the ways to develop sports businesses is to use the Internet and smart technologies in the implementation of affairs. At present, less research has been done to investigate the success factors in sports internet businesses. Therefore, the current research tries to identify the challenges of intelligence in sports internet businesses.
Methodology: The qualitative research method is based on data theory. The statistical population of this research includes experts, experts, professors and sports business owners in the field of this research. Purposeful sampling and snowball technique were used for sampling to conduct in-depth interviews. The research tool was an interview that was conducted with 17 people. The validity of the research instrument (interview) was examined and confirmed by the interviewees and then expert professors, and the intra-subject agreement method was used to measure the reliability, and according to this method, the reliability value was equal to 0.87. In this way, the reliability of the test was also confirmed. In order to analyze the data, the method of data-based theory and Max Qda version 20 software were used.
Results: The findings of this research showed that the challenges of intelligence in sports internet businesses include: internal interlopers (lack of risk-taking and behavioral weakness), external interlopers (negativity and unfair competition) and weakness in management knowledge (problems management and weakness in the field of knowledge). that these categories themselves had some open codes.
Conclusion: Based on the findings of the present research, we conclude that in order to improve the situation of online sports businesses, it is necessary to focus on the categories identified in this research and by providing suitable solutions for the development of online sports businesses, in line with Take the necessary measures to remove existing obstacles and challenges.
