Abstract
Abstract:
Considering the prevalence of inactivity and obesity among students, improving their physical fitness is of great importance. Inactivity and obesity can lead to numerous health problems such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and stroke.
Regular exercise plays a key role in improving physical fitness and preventing various diseases. Physical fitness means the ability to perform daily activities without fatigue and having sufficient capacity to perform sports activities. Aerobic fitness is one of the key components of health and fitness. However, many students face challenges in improving their aerobic fitness due to lack of time, motivation, or sufficient knowledge. Personalized training with artificial intelligence (AI) can be a solution to this problem
However, designing the right exercise programs for each person according to their needs and abilities can be challenging. Artificial intelligence (AI) can be a useful tool for personalizing training programs and improving aerobic fitness of students. This study was to investigate the effect of personalized exercises with artificial intelligence on students' aerobic capacity.
Methodology: The aerobic capacity of both groups is measured at the beginning of the study and after 12 weeks of training. Various tests such as 1.5 mile cardiovascular endurance tests were used to measure physical fitness.

This study is a double-blind randomized clinical trial conducted on 60 students (30 men and 30 women) with an average age of 21 years. Participants are randomly divided into two groups:
• First group: receive personalized training programs with artificial intelligence.
• The second group: receive standard exercise programs.
Training programs:
Personalized AI training programs are designed by an AI algorithm that takes into account data about each individual's health, fitness and goals. These data include age, gender, height, weight, medical history, fitness level and sports goals of each person.
Standard exercise programs include aerobic exercises designed for college students.
Results:
After 12 weeks, the intervention group compared to the control group showed a significant improvement in aerobic fitness indicators such as maximum oxygen consumption (VO2max), 1.5 mile running time and body mass index (BMI).
